“This was a wonderful place to stay. It was my girl, her mom, and I who stayed. Very relaxing, easy to follow instructions for items, had a problem with tv was fixed imediately, snacks left on counter, no problems finding it or where to park.”

The owners also made themselves available for questions, which is very much appreciated. If you get the chance, stop my the neighbors with the red "cabin". He's a hoot!”

“The home was very inviting….from the musical instruments to the jacuzzi tub! The neighbors were hospitable and the park across the street was great for playing football and soccer with our grandchildren. Our host was gracious and quickly reminded when needed. The cottage would be great to stay on a rainy day!”

With having 9 kids under one roof it was so nice to have a pool, pool table, spa whirlpool, Foosbal....just an amazing set up for keep everyone busy and having fun! “We had an amazing stay at Christmas! Property has a great location close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood and house is on a corner lot with lots of room for parking for our visitors. Rocco was amazing to answer all our questions and requests. Will absolutely stay again when visiting Wichita Falls!”

“We only needed a place to sleep on our road trip from Salt Lake to Dallas, and this place worked just fine. I liked that it was quiet, easy to find, and easy to get into even in the dark; since we arrived at about 1 AM… Significantly later than we had originally hoped. I will say I wasn't prepared for two small hide a beds… But they were comfortable enough. We arrived late and left quite early the next morning, so didn't really do anything other than sleep.”
