「Upgraded my Room to the Villas and I Highly recommend, it was an amazing Experience! The staff was Great, we had a personal concierge and they took really good care of us. There was so many options of things to do or have catered to you! It was a Great Experience I’d recommend to anyone! 」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「I reserved a "Handicapped" room.....got anything BUT that. Yeah - it had handrails....at least 5 of them to "help" you step over the REGULAR sized tub! Another set of handrails by the STANDARD height toilet.... Oh - and it wouldn't be a fair review w/o mentioning the COMPLETE lack of ramps at the various entry points on the property - I was able to resolve that by holding onto the walker as my wife navigated the 5-6" CURBS from the parking lot to the property entry....and plenty of steps...
