"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or playpens. Shortly after she instructed the head housekeeper to search the storage for a playpen, and one was delivered to our room. Seems to me that they were too lazy to have this all handled before our arrival and were hoping we wouldn’t make a fuss over it. There were also ants in our bed, and no plug for the bath tub… Not family friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place."

"The rooms were spotless clean. Bed was comfy and the bathroom amenities were lovely. There were plenty breakfast options too! Plus the convenience of the shuttle is a bonus. We will definitely stay here again!"

"As usual with these suite hotels, the rooms are large, good enough, comfy beds. Location is good, a stones throw from the Eaton Centre I didn’t like the fact that for a 4 night stay, my room was made up once, supposedly I should have been told that, but wasn’t, and in any case it’s too late at check-in, make it obvious on the website. Also, don’t pre-book breakfast, it’s pretty average. One block away is Sunset Grill, which is awesome"

"Two of three elevators were broken. Had to use the service elevators. Spent an enormous amount of time waiting for elevators. Check-in line was HUGE with very few staff available at the counter. Hot tub was drained and not available last two days of my stay. Room was typical of a three star hotel, not a 4 star. My bathroom was old and run down. My room rate was just over two hundred dollars for the first two nights and then over four hundred on the last night! Booked it on Expedia based on the room rate and my fault, didn't notice the bump on the last day until I was checking in. Won't stay here again."
