Elevator is out of order

One of the elevators are not working and this has been happening for quite awhile. I wish i should've requested lower floor so that i can just walk up the stairs to avoid the wait escpically during breakfast time. Other than this issue, everything was great!

We love coming to this Holiday Inn location. Staff is friendly, and the location is walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and the breakfast has many options. They do have a pool although when we went it was under renovation, but they did have another option to use the pool at the Sheraton. We will definitely book here again!

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of options for everyone in our family. The only disappointment was that the pool was being renovated and was not accessible; however, staff offered us pool passes for another near by hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly. Place was clean! We picked this hotel for the heated pool but after we checked it we were told the pool is closed for renovations. No where on the website did it indicate it was/would be closed. If we knew this. We would have chosen a different hotel. The room was nice and spacious but the A/C unit was not working. The room got warm fast. We contacted the front desk and they were very friendly. Assured us someone would come up to fix it. We waited a bit then decided to go for dinner (knowing they could access the room with us gone). We got back two hours later and no one had checked/fixed the AC. We contacted the desk again. This time the guy was right up and got it fixed. Great place but just frustrated

Breakfast was good, a healthy mix between hot and cold breakfast items. Our room and hallway were clean and great but will it kill this hotel chain to get some milkets, proper tea brands and coffee that doesn't taste like crap? I tried to doctor them but it was so bad. Nobody wants whitener for their coffee, it's 2026. Also, this location was heavily under construction. The feont desk and breakfast area was so loud, messy and full of trip hazards. Which leads me to the elevator, one was broken and the one that did work tool 10 minutes each way and it sounded scary like it was going to trap us at any minute. We were on the 7th floor. The one staff member was kind but made me wait to pay with debit, it was long. They should iron out that process and not make customers feel different for using an alternate payment method

While the room was clean...the building appeared to be going through renovations. As a result, the pool was closed and was told I would have to drive to another hotel in order to go for a swim. The elevator was horrible. I was in the elevator for 20 minutes because it would not stop on the desired floor.

I was sick and the hotel refused to cancel my booking and refund me. So I need to take up the booking and stayed the night. When I checked in on Aps18 , all lobby was renovating and the smell and dust was not healthy for any guest. The hotel should be closed down for 1-2 weeks until their renovations are complete. The breakfast staff is very helpful. They help you with the Waffle machine. They help you get your breakfast. And they also bring everything to the table for you to help you with getting you a coffee. If you need some help, they're wonderful people.
