"Hotel in a french village. it is what it is, a tourist resort nearby. little village with many restaurants. The reception was a tragedy first, later ok. "

In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

"Après avoir attendu 1h que l’on vienne nous changer le barillet d’entrée, car celui en place ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons trouvé un logement dans un état déplorable. Le ménage n’est pas fait…c’est inadmissible, le logement était vraiment très sale pour rester poli. Nous avons retrouvé des barrettes, des poches, du sable partout, les couvertures même pas replier, le frigo à vomir… Demandez 300€ de caution si vous êtes sûr de vos équipes de nettoyage! Et faites un vrai état des lieux entrant...
