“Awesome location and great host communication and directions but the property needs serious update and refurbishing. This tourist town is a getaway for adults not college students. Was really disappointed. Plus the alley, parking and steps are STEEP and precarious for the wrong car or older/disabled individual.”

“Close to everything downtown. Reasonable price. We were gone most of the time so we just needed a place to sleep. Parking was a slight issue as there were 4 cars crammed into a steep lot with uneven ground. It met our needs and we would like to return.”

Within walking distance to restaurants, we had brunch at First Street Eats and the food was delicious at a great price. Host was great with communication, if we had any issues she answered quickly. Would definitely stay again when coming to owensville.”
