“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the river which provided a beautiful sunset experience. The hotel was nicely decorated and provided many indoor and outdoor activities one would expect from a fancy resort. The grounds were exceptionally beautiful. We enjoyed the flowers and strolled on the riverwalk. We did not use the pool area but could see that it was very well maintained. The on-site restaurant and bar……

“Bed was comfortable. Did not like the bathroom (Shower area) this room was made for handicap people so I do not know why they gave this room to us. No shower curtain which made the whole floor in the bathroom soaking wet. The remote to the TV did not work very well. And also, it would be helpful if the lounge area was open before check in...in case people are there before check in and need to wait somewhere. It would be better to have customers spend their money at your lounge for a drink……
