Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. Because the apartment is located above the owner’s house, it comes with many rules. We chose to stay here since listing specifically stated that we will have access to laundry. "Staff were wonderful, so kind. Buffet was different and delicious, amenities for the all inclusive were incredible - crepes, waffles, drinks, snacks! Minibar in the room was a huge plus, refilled everyday! Private pool was lovely, pool beds were comfy! Room is great, aircon fab, shower great, comfy bed with lots of pillows! WiFi was amazing most of the time! Only had issues when it rained. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, couldn’t recommend enough!"

"Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel was conveniently situated near many amenities, and we had easy access to transportation, which made it simple to explore the island every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room had a lovely side view of the ocean—close enough that we could hear the waves, which made the stay even more relaxing. We noticed that some people had complaints about the resort, which is a shame, because we genuinely felt it offered great value for the price we paid."
