"The kitchen needs to be replaced; the fire was dangerous and did not turn off without unplugging, the pots and pans available in the kitchen were in very bad condition"

"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

"The apartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable with a well appointment kitchen and bathroom. Location was excellent, tucked into a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of the port and downtown area and many shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was difficult, with delayed responses even when the issue was time sensitive. Overall a nice stay."

"The location of the property was incredible. Literally 1 min walk from Nea Chora beach and about 20min walk into old town Chania. Restaurants and bakeries within minutes too. Dimitra and Rafael at sister property Elia Sea Suites were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay and their recommendations for places to eat were spot on! Was also able to use the pool at the sister property. Would definitely recommend."
