不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
This was the worst place I have stayed in, bar none. I booked what was advertised as a 3* accommodation, and was a 1* at best. There was even a notice in the room confirming this.
The property is obviously being rundown, with an old couple supposedly in charge.
None of the advertised amenities were open, so no bars or drinks or food at all.
The pool wasn't maintained or cleaned at all. The rooms were dirty and never cleaned , so no sweeping, mopping, or cleaning of the kitchen area or bathroom or toilet.
There were clean sheets, towels and the bins were emptied every 3 days, and that was the sum total of any service.
There was a constant smell of drains around, and an open drain hole in the bathroom.
When I spoke to the old couple about the situation, they were not interested.
This occurred in August, at the height of the summer season, and I paid the going rate for 3* accommodation, with all the amenities advertised. I complained to Expedia, and was offered a very small compensation for the worst holiday I have ever had. I can only hope they take the Bellino apartments of their website, so other people don't book, in good faith, and suffer the huge disappointment that I did.
