It is a small family run hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy. Location is perfect just a few minutes from the promenade. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only bad thing I noticed was the shower head was a bit detached from the wall in the shower, but that didnt affect the use. Breakfast was continental, last day we had pancakes which was also nice. Overall very good price/value.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, modern, and recently updated. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to great restaurants and the beach. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was Aspa at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing helpful tips for getting around town and assisting me with some business needs I had while working remotely. Her customer service was exceptional, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this place, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir haben insgesamt 14 Tage dort verbracht, wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Balkon und Doppelbett. Das Bett war allerdings nicht ganz so bequem, eine neue Matratze wär eindeutig eine gute Entscheidung.. im Bad wäre ein abzieher für den Boden ganz sinnvoll, denn beim duschen überflutet man leider das ganze Bad. So könnte man in dem Bad das eine oder andere mal erneuern. Im Zimmer befand sich auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit trinken drin und faire Preise. Wir haben alle 2 Tage frische Handtücher und alle 4 Tage frische Bettwäsche bekommen, leider wurde unser Bad nicht wirklich gereinigt, das konnte man an verschiedenen Orten sehen.. das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und unspektakuläre. Die Umgebung kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden und keine 2 min entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt. Auch der Strand war nur Max. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, (wir hatten kein Auto und war auch eine gute Entscheidung)

Unsere siebentägige Reise nach Kreta wurde durch den Aufenthalt im Charm Hotel in Hersonissos zu einem tollen Erlebnis. Die Gastgeber Katerina und Antonis sorgten dafür, dass wir uns wie zuhause fühlten. Ihre lokalen Tipps und Empfehlungen waren äußerst hilfreich. Eines der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts war definitiv das Frühstück. Als Veganer wurde ich jeden Tag von Katerina mit neuen veganen Leckereien überrascht. Aber auch für Nicht-Veganer ist das Frühstück absolut zu empfehlen. Die Eier stammen aus eigener Haltung und Käse, Oliven, Gemüse und Obst sind regional und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein - ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, die Promenade mit allen Restaurants, Bars und Nachtclubs und eine Bäckerei, alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle für den Bus zum/ vom Flughafen oder Heraklion nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel selbst überzeugt durch seine Sauberkeit und moderne Einrichtung. Die liebevoll ausgewählten Erdtöne schaffen ein behagliches Ambiente und fügen sich perfekt in die natürliche Schönheit der Insel ein. Wir können das Charm Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein großes Lob an Katerina und Antonis für ihre Gastfreundschaft und den außergewöhnlichen Service. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!
