Enjoyed the privacy it provided, the close location to Purgatory ski resort and how cleaned and organized home was. Already planning a summer trip and hoping we can rent property once more. “This property is absolutely perfect for a getaway with your family. We had a wedding on the property and the background scenery was absolutely beautiful! Even though it was late April and we weren’t sure on weather conditions the snow wasn’t a problem at all. It wasn’t too terribly cold and Mark made sure we had plenty of wood for the fireplace. Mark was great about providing any and everything we needed. I would rebook this house in a heart beat.”

The loft was a big hit with the kids and ability to swim in the evenings was great. Highly recommend and we will be back again this summer.”

“All the good things about camping, without the actual camping! The bed is comfy, the shower warm, and the electric kettle all we needed for hot drinks in the morning. This place is lovely, quiet, and literally within stumbling distance of Durango hot springs. The food trucks there are the real thing if you need dinner. And you can even have a campfire if you want. The windows and skylights are a neat touch and add to the ambiance. ”
