「Very well maintained and clean property. Had everything we needed and a beautiful large garden to enjoy in the sunshine. Easy walk into the centre of York with the option of buses or taxis at very reasonable prices if you choose to use them. We would stay there again. The drive took one car but if you had another there was plenty of parking spaces on the road.」

「The apartment was comfortable, clean, tidy and convenient for access to the racecourse or for access to York by car. It’s about a half hour walk to the city centre. There's a local bakery and convenience store nearby and we found on street parking for one car. In the first floor apartment, There’s a small kitchen with a full cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and washer dryer. The dining table only seats four so you may need to also sit on a bed. The beds are comfortable with bedding and towels...

「Had a wonderful 5 days here. Plenty of space. Fully kitted kitchen to cook meals in. 3 double bedrooms. The dog loved the nature and sat on the decking for hours. Owners on hand if you need them but did not see them otherwise. Highly recommended!」

「This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back 」
