“My experience at Mövenpick Marmara in Turkey was truly wonderful. I spent five nights there, and from the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. The beautiful surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere make the entire place feel special. Honestly, the environment alone makes you feel better instantly, and a sense of relief and freedom, almost as if my illness had lifted simply because of the calm and beautiful……

“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”
