“So welcomed by our host/manager Natalie. Loved the room with the sun shining in on a cold autumn afternoon. A beautiful clear space with stunning views of the countryside Everything you needed in our kitchen. Hot showers . Warm towel rails. A robe was a beautiful touch. Meeting other guests. Exploring the farm. Finding beautiful places to sit and enjoy the landscape and all the farm animals like chickens, sheep, ducks, geese, dogs. Certainly would recommend to others who would like a farm……

“The property was ideally situated for the local shops. Everything we needed was contained within the property and we were extremely comfortable. The parking was a bit tricky but once used to it or was fine. There is scaffolding on the next door building which was the main cause. There was no Internet but I have my own provider so it didn't impact on me, however the pub has wifi next door and upstairs you can pick up the boots wifi!”

“Perfect, great communication from moment of booking to depature, wonderful attention to detail made a few nights stay at The Dovecote a perfect post Christmas pre New Year tonic. Lovely walks in a calm setting. Very comfortable accomodation, everything we needed and more. Natalie gave us a warm welcome and made sure all was ok, and there at departure to wish us well. Wish we could have stayed longer but now found we will definately revisit when we need our batteries recharged! Lovely welcome……

“I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized……

“We booked the property for our second night of 4, cycling Avon and Kennet Canal. We were hoping to arrive earlier than stated check in, to make use of fridge before we set off on our bikes for the day, Alex was extremely helpful and gracious in immediately responding to our request with a yes. Everything was ready, clean and fresh, everything as listed and set out in the welcome message. Hot tub was fantastic, great after our 36 mile ride on canal tow path. The cabin was peaceful and private and……
