“We booked 3 nights for the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Upon checkin the room looked clean and spacious. We checked in very tired from a day of walking in the heat. We went to dinner then straight to bed. The next evening my husband and I both noticed something protruding from a corner of the wall in the bathroom beside the shower. Upon closer inspection…we found it to be a literal mushroom(about 4 inches long) growing from an area of obvious mold. There was another area of mold on the other……

“The hotel was clean & well maintained. The Staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient to many stores, restaurants & sight seeing, but not right on a highway so there's no highway traffic noise. Our only complaint is they pillows are very small--not a typical bed pillow size. All around, a great place to stay.”

“It was an ok, rooms are very old and outdated. Plus the mattress was really old and had wholes in it. Old and loud AC unit. Breakfast was very good 👍”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”
