“Front desk staff wasn’t too helpful when asked about adjacent rooms. Breakfast area lady was super nice.”

“This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs……

“I loved the little cottage for 2. Even though I was alone for most of my stay. Beautiful grounds, very helpful staff.”

“No work out room , no bar, no restaurant, more of a motel were people live . Room need paint and cleaning, breakfast needs up grade .”

“This place was a real gem! Upon checking in I had 4 different people (some who may not have even worked there) helping us get our room key. Once in our room, we were delighted to find clean sheets, extra lights in the bathroom, and NO cameras. We were just a day too early for the grand pool reopening, so maybe next time we're in town we'll come for a swim! I think some people like this motel so much that they've extended their stays for quite awhile. Checkout was a breeze, with a big group……

“Disaster and disgusting! They promised a non smoking room but the only thing about their non smoking rooms are the signs on the door! The rooms smelled of mold and in some areas cheap cleaner. They have a no refund policy, that means, you have to pay them for a room and they do not have to give you anything of what the agreement stated. I tried 2 different rooms and I walked in and right back out in less than a minute of each room. If cigarette smoke and mold doesn't bother you then yes there……

“First, I reserved a room here because I was attending a concert at the Giant in Hershey.. I knew the pool was not available because of construction on the property.That was confirmed at check-in with an offer of a full refund. However, I was not aware that construction also affected available parking, which was very limited, and the ice machine on my floor was removed (because it didn't work?). However, the location is suburb for concerts at the Hollywood Casino at Penn National, Grantville PA……

“Stayed in the same room a couple years ago. since then it had been remodeled. Big improvement. Only thing was the TV was constantly turning on and off every time the refrigerator kicked on and off. Also only half the screen was usable. Had small picture all the time. Personally I think there is an electrical issue between the 2. My main complaint is that the room was bug infested. first time they came in and mopped the floor. Did not help. I used my own personal body spray which helped. Whatever……
