“Can’t beat the location….ever. But the furniture, cabinets, etc have seen better days. Time for some refinishing or new furniture. Felt like I walked into a condo where I rabid cat lives that scratched the sh#t out of everything. This are all individually owned apparently but the wear and tear needs to be tended to. Would be an easy fix for the price they are all charging especially during ski season. ”

“10 minute walk upheld to canyon Lodge. Very cozy one bedroom unit. Bunk beds don't have ladder nor guards from falling off so not as ideal for younger children. But overall everyone had a great time”

“I didn’t appreciate the long contract of rules i had to sign only to find dated stained carpet upon my entry. All flooring and furniture coverings leaves much to be desired. I needed to ask a question about my reservation but got a message it was “ after hours” (Friday at 11am) and dont bug anyone unless there is an emergency. Microwave didn’t work. Kitchen light went out. Remote batteries for tv were dead or gone. The two hot tubs and pool area was nice. Unless you have a “ touch” feature on……

“I thought this condo should have included some coffee and tea. When we checked in there was only 2 little bags of coffee. We had to go to CVS to get some coffee and tea for a few days It is a clean condo.”

“Good stay in Mammoth Lakes, very good communication from owner, property is old and squeaky like most of mammoth’s properties. ”

“First time visiting Mammoth. I loved the location of the unit- didn’t really need to get into my car after I arrived. The gondola to the mountain and restaurants were all within walking distance.”

“I liked the location. I didn’t like that there was used Kleenex under the bed from who know when. The the tub was dirty when I arrived. The “king suite”had a jacuzzi tub in the picture but no jets do it was a large bathtub for two. There was just enough hot water to fill the tub bot after that there wasn’t enough hot water to take a shower after. The breakfast was just a few breakfast bars milk and expired orange juice. I had to ask for someone to refill my breakfast food if I didn’t they……

“We loved staying in this condo, walking distance to the slopes and the bus stop is right across the street for those of us needing a lift tot he lifts! The building has inside hallway so no cold blasts as you enter. One flight of stairs, snow always cleared and parked very near the entrance. Inside the place is newly renovated in a clean modern vibe, stainless shelving and beautiful wood counters. Couch had plenty of room to lounge, bed was roomy and comfy with cushion top. Towels were thick……
