Le service a été remarquable à deux reprises : d’abord lorsqu’un verre s’est brisé, le personnel est intervenu rapidement, puis plus tard lorsqu’un problème de prise de courant m’a valu un changement de chambre immédiat. Les installations sont très agréables, notamment la piscine et le sauna. Le déjeuner était excellent, et le service de navette vers l’aéroport, offert sans frais, très pratique. 「The breakfast buffet was great. It was included and was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Quite a distance from Zurich but doable with a taxi. This hotel was worth every penny. The apartment suites are amazing! Would definitely come back. 」
