“The inside was very clean! The beds were set up with a towel packed with a dental kit, very cute! Location was just a 30min bus ride to and from LHR airport so made it very easy and convient for us. We ate at the stop and go indian place down the street, just a 10min walk, some of the best indian food I've tried. I recommend the samosas. It was a lovely stay.”

Despite paying a premium rate, the quality and condition of the rental fell far below expectations and posed genuine safety and hygiene concerns.The issues included feces smeared on the backyard fence and a dirty diaper by the outdoor dining area; unsafe furniture (of the 4 kitchen chairs, 2 were completely broken and abandoned outside in……

“Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need……
