“On the main road through Aviemore . Not noisy and enough parking off road. Room number one is very small with just enough room to manoeuvre around double bed. Small bathroom with shower. Bathroom all in black with small spotlights. This room was very disappointing as it was so small. Only a kettle and sink, no toaster. Not enough room for two adults and two dogs. There were two chairs at the bottom of the bed to watch TV both in poor condition. Photos of the property do not reflect how small……

“This was our second stay here. We stayed in 2023 and loved it. We were so happy that there was an available apartment for us this year. Kitchen is fully equipped with instruction manuals available for the appliances, shower was wonderful. The is something very calming with going to sleep to the sound of lambs bleating and waking up with them scampering around close to you. Would go again. ”

“My university age son and I stayed here for a short stay to tour the highlands and the flat was a very comfortable, warm welcome after long chilly days. Fiona was an excellent host and always very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The flat is very easily accessible to grocery stores, downtown, tour meeting spot and train station. “My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. ”
