“Grand Lake Lodge is a special place, as close to an historic National Park lodge as Rocky Mountain National Park gets. The views from the main lodge of the lake are beautiful, and there’s a fun bar and lounge area to hang out, as well as a scenic front porch with rocking chairs and swings. The cabins are small but efficient, with super comfy beds/linens and unexpectedly fancy bathroom products. It seems oriented toward families (including dogs), but it’s fun for couples as well. Would definitely……

“We had to check out early because the Wi-Fi was horrible, especially at night.”

“The cabin was cozy and efficient. It rained constantly so scenery was foggy and cloudy but Grand Lake was charming and the mountains over lakes were breathtaking. ”

“Cabin was clean and neat. Staff asked if we need additional bedding stuff. They City market just beside the property. Only thing they should mention clearly on listing that AC is not available and they should provide table fans instead of small fan in bedroom.”

“I cannot honestly say I know anything about the property itself. When I tried to check in the owner? manager? only person there told me the internet was down so he could not check anyone in. He did say we could stay, but he did not expect internet to work for some time and was leaving to try to deal with it. He plainly wanted us to find a room elsewhere, and promised he would refund the room on Expedia as soon as he could. That was over a week ago. I have messaged through Expedia and the motel……

“A great place to base. Room is clean there is a kitchen fridge stove! But no utensils or plates. Beds are comfy. Rooms are spacious”

“Loved our summer stay at Loose Moose Lodge. Please add on the booking that it's not handicap accessible as it has some steps. The kitchen was pretty bare but they were happy we pointed out a # of things to them. They were on it!”
