「The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!」

「This was an excellent location in that we were able to walk to the Spectrum Center in less than two minutes. The staff was very friendly. I was there celebrating my birthday and was given a gift card to use in house. This is my second time staying here, both times were for events for my birthday and it does not disappoint. 」

「Photo used on Expedia is NOT the Hyatt Place lobby or check-in area, but of the high-rise building it is in - check in desk is on level 10 and connected to a tiny poorly-equipped bar with one TV that they could not get to work one night to watch the conference championship NCAA basketball game. There is a large sign that says: "Not owned or operated by Hyatt" which is a red flag. Rooms are old and dated with awful small TVs. 「Tv reception was horrible worst I’ve ever seen. The lighting in the bedroom was like being in a cave. The smoke detector blinked all night long. Laying in bed and looking up at an unfinished ceiling reminded me of being in the fifth grade and throwing spit balls to see if they stuck.
