“Magnolias is exactly what it is advertising. A great place to stay for a few nights when visiting RVA. Super close to the RIC. Easy to get to and from downtown. Very comfortable. Well worth the price.”

“This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer tournament. Very close to downtown but far enough away so it was quiet and very convenient to all the highways as well. Christian made it a very easy check in process and was in communication with us before our arrival as well as checking in after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future when we come back to Richmond! Thanks for a great weekend stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, cheery and comfortable and close to everything we needed. 6 min walk to the Convention Center. The only negative really is the first impression from the street. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible from a private parking lot beside the building and up a big set of wooden stairs. At first appearance, we were a little nervous because we didn't know the area, etc. But once we climbed those stairs, we realized we were in a safe area and……

“We came into town looking for a room where we could walk to the Science Museum and get a ride to the Bottom for dinner. Our stay was excellent and would book here our next time in RVA. The property was exactly what you expect in the Fan. Also very clean, and the coffee and snacks were a great touch.”

“Great beds and the unit had everything we needed for a quick stay. The host, Mr. Devine gave lots of great info about the area and was helpful all around. We loved walking around the neighborhood and found Brewers Cafe to be a delightful stop for local flavor and great breakfast sandwiches. The only negative is that this is an apartment style unit, and there was quite a bit of noise from other the units ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was a perfect space for my husband and our baby. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, and everything was perfectly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is also fantastic! Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We visit Richmond regularly and think this might be our home away from home from now on.”

“Sub Rosa Bakery, Pizza Bones, Union Market all within 5 minutes by foot; Computer Cave a half hour walk away to fix your electronics. Jefferson Park a 10-minute walk away. The state capitol is 30 minutes walk distant, same for the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. Memorial of the notorious triangle trade (Liverpool-West Africa-Richmond) is in Shockoe Valley, 25 minutes by foot from your room. Thanks to the year 2020 protests, very few of the monuments can be found anymore that……

“Church Hill neighborhood is great. Place is perfect for a couple & has everything you need. Never had trouble parking. Traffic is a little noisy, but I slept fine and I’m a light sleeper. Will definitely stay here again.”
