「There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. 「Broken windows- it was up the whole time, the room faces the main road with heavy traffic, therefore sleep was impossible. Communication was poor, inadequate instructions to get into the bldg. I was only given the code to the room, not the bldg. Manager emailed me a photo copy of the emailed instructions after I asked her.
