“Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. In the evening of our arrival we cross Southwark bridge and listened to some live Jimi Hendrix and ate fancy cookies. The next day……

“The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great. ”
