“Property inside was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is average, and was reasonably quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes and utensils. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. Owner acknowledged it was an ongoing work in progress. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here twice now, and would consider it……

“We stayed here for our honeymoon! We were planning to be out for most of our time, and have the cabin to come back to at night; however, the weather had other plans for us! But nothing was nicer than having a nice, cozy cabin to hole up in and watch the rain! It was especially nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the nature as it rained! “It was peaceful and quiet which was everything I wished for my vacation. The cabin was marvelous and large. There are large televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. The appliances in the kitchen were fairly new and beautiful. I’ve been sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch watching a doe and her fawn in the front yard. Totally relaxed. I will certainly return to enjoy this wonderful property!!!”

“Feels like you’re camping but with the amenities of home. The tiny home was just big enough for our needs. The location is great! Downtown Tracy City with its County Museum and local bakery was fun. It was a short drive to beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls! One improvement would be to add some covered outdoor areas to eat meals as it was raining for much of the time we where there and hard to find a place for more than two people to eat indoors.”

“Lakeside property with gorgeous views. The neighborhood is still under construction but we didn't hear any construction noise. The lot is spacious, as is the house. For it to be a tiny house, it didn't seem so tiny for our family. Cozy and well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. There wasn't any laundry detergent so bring your own if you plan on doing laundry. We look forward to visiting this area again.”
