「There was issues with this booking as there was not adequate heating in the unit as the temperatures outside was 45 degrees and the booking unit had a locked thermostat that only read 55 degrees. I asked numerous times if the heat could be adjusted to accommodate and was not accommodate instead I was told that a refund would be issued immediately as the agent told me that the heat was broken and that my family could not stay this forcing us to scramble and try to find another place to stay. 「We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.」
