"This property was very clean. The kitchen is large. There isn’t a lot of space to lounge but it worked well for our family of four. "

"Check in was simple. Kitchen had all the items needed to cook, (with the exception of aluminum foil. We brought some). We ran into a few issues, but the owners responded in a timely manner, and things were fixed promply upon them hearing about said issues.The location was great with some resturants within walking distance. (Agavi and Rye about 4 blocks away) Checkout was simple enough. Take out trash, leave beds unmade we slept in, start the dishwasher, and leave towels by the dryer. The only thing i would recommend is for the owner to leave a dishwasher pod for each night a guest is staying. Luckily, we ate out the last night, so all is well. Overall the experience was great and we would stay there again. "
