「Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. 」

「Do not book here! My reservation was cancellled when we tried to check in and I have not been able to get a refund. I have been on phone with VRBO, Expedia and emailed the company that operates this property.」

「Second and third floor of a large home with private entrance and off-street parking. Located just around the corner from the canal and main street in Fairport, so close to things too do. This was a family vacation that included our dogs and the Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with. 4 large rooms with king and queen sized bedding, laundry, kitchen; everything we needed for our 5 night stay.」

「The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to downtown near Main Street. On the down side, there wasn’t enough ventilation - the windows don’t open and the central air wasn’t working so it felt stuffy, in spite of the ceiling fan. Also, the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close properly. Overall the accommodations felt pretty basic.」

「The area that the house was located is bad. There is no parking off street. We didn’t stay there for our planned trip and went to a hotel.」

「If you are not fussy, this is a great place to stay. Nice row of houses, convenient to the highway, restaurants and cafes. Feels like home, comfortable and spacious.」

「It was a lovely place that worked out well for my needs. I does need a few little touches on maintenance but nothing that interfered with my needs. I would recommend it because it's so close to everything fun in Fairport.」
