“Enjoyed our stay! Clean, well equipped, and convenient location”

“Property was in pristine shape, everything was remodeled, brand new and SPOTLESSLY clean. Cottage was set up with everything you needed to stay, linens were better then Hiltons. Even set us up with a first morning breakfast. Laura thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this cottage for a stay, just perfect for two people. We will be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is beautifully renovated and furnished, comfortable, and clean. It's small, as we expected when looking at the photos, but the space is used efficiently, so we didn't feel like we didn't have enough space. Host is super helpful, everything was easy.”

“This was an amazing place. It has unique structures, a cozy tree house for sleeping, and a huge dock on the river. You arrive at the top of the property. This area has a big yard, picnic table, and fire rings, along with bikes to ride in the neighborhood. The real treat is through the gate that is on the back edge of the property. “This place makes us feel cozy. However, the cleanliness is not up to par. There are lot of dead bugs in some corners of the room and around the windows. Also found some calcium around the kitchen faucet. Look like the cleaning service didn't do a good job. Why should I pay for cleaning service?”

“It was lovely waking up to Lake Ontario right out your back door. We saw a lot of boat activity and a lot of birds. Fishing must be great because we saw fish jumping every day. Only 1.5 hours from Niagra Falls and even closer to Rochester. We had a great time at the firepit and playing games provided with the house.”

“If you are traveling with pets this is the place to stay! Nice, fully fenced, small yard. The place was casual and comfortable for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze. Had all the comforts of home. Would def stay again.”
