Forest Beach Villas 430 is a gorgeous updated unit just steps to the beach. This unit is the largest of the 2 bedroom units available at Forest Beach Villas with an altered floor plan that allows for a third bath on the main floor. This condo will sleep 8 people comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king and twin bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There are 3 Flat Screen TVs and Wireless Internet. The kitchen is updated with everything you would need for entertaining. This will become your favorite condo to return year after year. You can walk to everything, shops, restaurants, bike paths right outside the property. The grounds are lain out beautifully with tennis courts, pickleball courts and a great outdoor pool. This is an elevator building and has covered parking.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved all the room/seating/kitchen counter space in the condo/villa. Short walk, about 10 min. to all shops/restaurants/beach in Coligny Plaza. Yes, I would stay there again.

The condo was great. We saw alligators on the property which the kids loved. It was a short walk to the beach and was nearby all the activities. The location was awesome. The condo needs a little bit of TLC but wasn't bad. I will be definitely coming back to this location in the near future.

Wonderful home away from home

Spacious, clean, lovely place to stay! Beds were comfortable and house was clean when we arrived. Comfy furniture to lounge around in. We would stay there again. Great location and quick walk to the beach. -Could use a few updates: some towels were pretty old, balcony railing is a bit loose, and the shower pressure was pretty weak. Check in was supposed to be 4:00 but room wasn’t ready until 6:00.

First time to HHI

Right in the heart of the action. Coligny Plaza. You can walk to the beach from there. Grocery, bike rental, shopping and restaurants are walking distance. Pool was nice change of pace. More than enough room for our family of 4.

The villa was very spacious in the living room, kitchen, and dining with a partial open floor plan. The villa was well equipped for a family and 3 bathrooms made it so much easier! The deck is very small. Extremely close to Coligny Park shopping and dining!

We had a great experience at this property. It was quite, we did not hear our neighbors. The condo had 2 a/c units which was nice, the upstairs bedrooms were not hot. I would recommend this property to anyone. Very convenient location.

Family vacation

Easy check in, condo was as good as as the photos. Cold AC, comfortable beds, plenty of seating for our family and could always find parking. The only negatives which did not affect us is the toaster did not toast and one of the chairs in the living area has issues. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Overall it is a place that we would visit a second time.

Great family vacation

We've stayed in at this location in different condos for 4 years and have enjoyed the stay each time, but this was the nicest one so far. Plenty of places to sit and be comfortable, nice open bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and quick access to the beach and Coligny plaza.

Great property

I would recommend this property for its size and great location. The beach was just a few minutes away and coligny plaza was just as close. The new adventure park was in the “backyard” of the property. Just took off a star because the water was very slow to drain in one of the tubs and one of toilets need plumbing work. But having three bathrooms helped and we just avoided those two. If you don’t want an ocean view, this property’s location is hard to beat.

Clean, well decorated, close to every

This space was perfect for our family spring break getaway. Short walk to coligny shops/dining and to public beach access. Did bring beach wagon to make heading over to beach a little easier with snacks, towels, chairs, etc. Pool was under construction which was disappointing but remedied by the leasing company. Decorations and little touches of beach feel were very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Balcony was small but fine for my husband and I to enjoy on a few occasions. Very nice stay with plenty of room and all the comforts of home.

March rental

Property was as advertised and very clean. My wife, newborn and I stayed at the property for a week in March and loved the unit. The main floor was spacious and could easily host another family with the dining room table, several bar stools at the kitchen island, and the connected living room. Upstairs was equipped with a washer and dryer in addition to the 2 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. The condo is across the street from Coligny beach as well as connected to the bike path that will take you throughout the island. As a golfer, it was a 5 minute drive to the sea pines golf courses which was ideal. We would highly recommend this condo given the layout, location and cleanliness. The 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each make this a great place for families.

Great location. Owners decorates nicely. Spacious bedrooms. 3 bathrooms are beautiful. Pool is not heated so it was freezing. Cleaning could bw a bit better but not bad. 2 minute walk to beach and 5 to Coligny.

Nice stay!

We booked at the very last minute because we were waiting to see which direction the hurricane was going to track. When we arrived, they had no record of our booking. When I produced our paperwork with the confirmed reservation number, they were very apologetic for missing our booking and sent their cleaning people over to verify the villa was ready. Some of the provided linens were dirty, and may have been blood or wine stains on a comforter. Overall, the villa was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Would most likely book again!
