Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully updated townhome features newly refreshed furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen, creating a comfortable and inviting retreat just moments from Hilton Head’s pristine shoreline. Ideally located beside one of three community swimming pools, you’ll enjoy effortless pool access right outside your door, along with complimentary adult bicycles and beach chairs for easy trips to the nearby Atlantic Ocean—just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.

The main living level offers an open and well-appointed layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy the electric grill and patio seating, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals after a day at the beach. The two-story design ensures privacy and quiet, making it ideal for restful evenings.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a comfortable queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers twin beds with its own full bath. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, allowing the villa to accommodate up to four adults and two children. TVs are available in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi is included, and all linens and towels are provided for a seamless stay. Community pools are open seasonally from April through October, and well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee, allowing up to two pets per stay.

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed everything. The pool is in your backyard and loved the bikes! It is in a walkable safe community. We really enjoyed walking or biking to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic location and great amenities

My wife and I stayed here and had a great vacation. Everything was as described and the inclusion of beach chairs and bikes really made our stay perfect. The short walk to the beach is something that you do not get at many places. I would highly recommend this unit and return to it in the future.

Wonderful getaway

We had originally booked this listing but the owner was having work done on it, so they set us up in a different, larger unit. We were thrilled with the property - very spacious and came stocked with all the essentials (more than just started packs as described!). Few issues arose with the dryer and disposal and they sent maintenance out very quickly to fix the problems. Management was very friendly and helpful. We had an infant, toddler and grandparents with us for the week and the condo was set up so well for everyone to be comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Consider others before unit 48

Cleaning service only cleans in open areas. A lot of hair and dirt in corners and behind things. Dirty coffee grinds left in maker AC did not work upon arrival but maintenance fixed relatively quick but took 8hrs to cool down Toaster didnt work so we spend half of time there holding down toaster button Refrigerator did not stay very cold and was on highest setting Dryer squeaking very loudly. Maintenance showed up and unplugged so we had no dryer for last 5 days Only had soap by kitchen faucet so had to purchase for bathrooms Porch steps very slick when wet. Fell twice on way down w flip flops on

Great location needs some love

Property was perfectly located but needs some upkeep. Had to call immediately cause outside chairs were ripped and grill was dirty. They cleaned the grill. TV never worked properly had to be rebooted every time and remotes are iffy as well. Some lights were out and we just switched around bulbs to make do. We called and left a detailed list of concerns on the counter. Shower heads could be replaced, sprayed everywhere. Placemats stained. It's little stuff but adds up when you are expecting a trouble free stay.

Excellent location..

Dog friendly neighborhood. The 4 Bikes that came with rental were well maintained and great to get around island. The location was close to beach and shopping. I would stay there again!

Great location!

Love this location! Pretty view of the pool. It's great that it's just a short ride from the beach - and that free bikes come with the rental. The only downside is that the carpets are badly stained (so we put runners over them) and the master bathroom was not cleaned well. Fortunately, the owners are replacing the carpets and the property management took my concern about the bathroom cleanliness seriously.

Cleaning needed

Location was good, the pool is right outside your back door. The beach is however a 10-15 minute bike ride. The cleanliness of the property was very disappointing, especially considering covid and the sight stating it would take longer to clean due to covid. We had razors left in shower, hair all over bathroom, and dirty countertops in the kitchen. The carpet has several pet stains in the main area. The refrigerator was not cleaned. It was an “okay” rental. We did deal with Jay due to the air mattress pump was missing, he was very helpful in trying to help us locate it and when we could not he got us a new one as well as sheets for the pullout. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Covid escape

Treetops is so nice and clean. The property is beautiful with the Spanish moss blowing in the trees. The added bonus of bicycles was great. I would just like to see housekeeping wipe things down more. Cabinets, lightswitches, and fridge handle was dirty. Hair in master bathroom and stained blanket we pulled from closet. Also, the first you see in the unit was stains throughout carpet, but it is a very nice place. Couldn't use the pool due to covid though. Interestly enough, 1974 called and wanted the steam iron back while we were there lol lol!!!!!
