From the moment you pull up to wonderful 7 Strath you will feel welcomed and relaxed. With the new brick paver circular drive providing ample parking for 4 cars the home exudes quality. As you enter the foyer you are greeted with an open and bright living space with 2 story ceilings lifting the weight of life from your shoulders. The home is so inviting and comfortable you may never want to leave.

The first floor features a large living room with high ceilings and lots of windows looking over the private back patio/pool area as well as comfortable seating and a large flat screen. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a dining nook and looks over the light filled dining room to enjoy wonderful meals prepared with love. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer as well and a 1/2 bathroom in the hall. This floor has 3 bedrooms each with a King bed. The left bedroom at the front of the home has a flat screen TV and use of the full bath in the middle of the hallway. The master has a large en-suite bath and door out to the pool as well as flat screen. On the right side behind the kitchen is the last King with a flat screen and use of the hall bathroom.

Going upstairs to the loft area there are more comfortable armchairs for good conversation or the reading of a good book. There is a large flat screen good for kids to watch cartoons or to watch a good movie on the comfortable couches (includes the sleeper sofa). Back at the top of the stairs is the bunk room that has 2 bunk beds - each a Twin over Double Bed as well as a full bathroom with a shower tub combination and a flat screen.

Out the back of the home is a newly redesigned patio area and 10' x 25' Pool that is private and relaxing. The **Pool and Hot Tub Can be Heated for a Fee (Hot Tub Heat Free June 1 to August 15). There are lounges as well as a table and chairs making meals coming off the propane grill a breeze. Just an easy walk to beach -10-12 minutes.

Please be advised that from December 2025 through March 15, 2026, a beach renourishment project will be underway on the island. While this project will only impact small sections of the beach at any given time, we want to ensure you're aware of its occurrence. The town anticipates minimal disruption to individual properties during this period. On the bright side, this process can be fascinating to observe and will result in stunningly restored beaches once completed.
