Magical experience

Absolutely the best place to stay in Harbor Town. Beautiful Condo, tastefully decorated. Located in the center of all the restaurants, shops, marina, transportation and walking trails. We had no trouble getting a parking place, The general store for anything you need right downstairs. Also rain, sleet or snow, you walk downstairs and into restaurants, shops etc. it was unbelievable how convenient. Looking forward to going back there again and again. Almost forgot to mention how spacious and comfortable the place was for us.

Hilton Head Family Destination

27 family members in Hilton Head to watch a family member’s concert. We, along with our 90’s year old parents checked into this fabulous condo for our stay. Right down in the heart of Sea Pines, just steps from Harbor Town restaurants and shops. The condo is lovely. Perfect spot; clean, spacious, well appointed and conveniently located. Will definitely book this condo again! Don’t pass it up.

Here’s a clarified and polished version of your VRBO review that keeps all your sentiments while improving clarity and flow:⸻Our family of five stayed for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful experience! The master bedroom’s mattress was amazing—I usually struggle to sleep away from home, but I got the best sleep here.The rental is located above the general store, so there is some morning noise as the town comes to life. However, each bedroom has a sound machine, which worked perfectly. Our daughters (ages 10 and 13) stayed in the twin bedroom, and our 15-year-old son had his own space in the second king room. The layout worked great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked better than the ones I have at home! Everything in the rental was spotless upon our arrival. One of the highlights was the location. Our kids loved having the independence to walk or bike to the pool and explore the nearby shops. The safe, welcoming atmosphere of Harbour Town and the Sea Pines community gave us such peace of mind.This was a peaceful, relaxing stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

Convenient location with a cost

We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines with our family and friends. The location to Harbortown is definitely ideal! The living room is very spacious! The condo is above all of the shops and restaurants at Harbourtown so there’s definitely a noise factor! Garbage trucks, maintenance vehicles, delivery trucks, all coming early in the morning and at random hours, so did not get much sleep! The decor, while nice, is definitely not beachy. Black and brown so does not match the lowcountry vibe. There are some broken blinds in one of the bedrooms which creates a lot of light entering. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Spotless!

To begin with, the condo was spotless!! Additionally, every need we had was anticipated and covered! There was not a thing that was lacking! The location could not have been more convenient! Perfect for us older folks, we were steps away from the shops and restaurants in Harbor Town and had the convenience of the elevator and a one story condo! The walk-in shower was a plus as well!

This property was fantastic; well appointed, large living and dining space, and bedrooms were spread out for privacy in both. Just a brief walk to the harbor and the waterfront with shops and restaurants all there. The local bakery was less than 5 minutes as well. Host was very responsive to any requests or issues. We would plan to stay here again.

Great Location, But Some Heads Up

The condo is in a great location in the heart of Harbour Town, close to several restaurants, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, a dock and a small stretch of beach. Something important to note-you have to buy a day or week Sea Pines entry pass and they only take cash. The condo is spaceous and comfortable, it had plenty of room for myself and my two kids. It has a few helpful beach items — chairs and an umbrella. There was live music nearby several nights, a really fun atmosphere. You can rent bikes from the store directly downstairs and bike to a larger beach at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Because of the busy area, store downstairs, nearby restaurants, etc there were loud delivery trucks each morning. When we booked, the VRBO listing showed fitness center, hot tub and swimming pool as amenities. There is no fitness center or hot tub. It appears they have removed hot tub but fitness center is still listed as an amenity. Apparently they mean you can go to a place down the road and pay to work out, which is pretty misleading. The pool is a community pool a short walk down the road— Parking is a major frustration. we never received information on that during our stay. The day we left I saw signs on 3 parking spots, but those spaces were never vacant to be able to see the signs. This building has far more than 3 or 4 condos, so those spots aren’t close to enough.

Nice Location

Played in a senior amateur golf tournament at the Atlantic dunes and herion point. Nice to be so closed and not have to rush to get there for tee times.

Comfortable stay near the Lighthouse

The location speaks for itself, so I won't focus on that. The condo unit was spacious, and was as advertised. It was clean and neat, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. I very much appreciated the comfortable mattress, and window covers, which made for good sleeping. The kitchen was well outfitted with utensils, bowls, glasses, etc... There was a Keurig coffee maker for coffee drinkers. I would highly recommend this unit as a comfortable stay in Hilton Head Island.

We loved our stay here. It was spacious and very clean. Close to dining and shopping. Parking isn’t great, but we found that returning either mid-afternoon or after 8:30pm gave us plenty of parking spots to choose from. While there is air conditioning, it didn’t seem to work well for cooling two of the bedrooms. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic condo and location

Better than expected. Great space, Perfect for friends, couples or families. Couldn’t be located in a better spot within Sea Pines Resort. Bars, restaurants, convenience store, parks, golf, racquet sports, trails and beach. Parking can be a little challenging, but it always worked out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
