Great house for a family

This house was great for our family of 9. It had plenty of space for us to spread out a bit and our kids especially liked that there were TVs in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped making meal prep super simple. Thanks for a great stay!

Great

Great spot mile walk to beach. Ground for dog is all sand and leaves no grass but was no problem. Definitely a rental property w cheap tvs but a great refrigerator, very nice, plenty of space. Would definitely stay again.

Sunroom smelled so bad we could not use it. AC did not cool house, several time it was in high 80s, I now question if dryer was not vented properly. Pool was in shade but loved the shallow shelf of pool. Fireworks were beautiful at sea pines. Family enjoyed trip and HHI. Made a lot of memories

Great house for large families

We loved the area and the home. Great place for a larger group.Four bedrooms and showers for all. Also a kids room with bunk bed, and multiple balconies. My concerns were related to the multiple stains in the carpets. They are due for a shampoo. Also, the living room TV stopped working on day 2. Fortunately, we had other activities and other TVs. I would stay there again. Thanks!

Nice property-met our needs

Pet friendly was great. Location on Shipyard was great. Beds were very comfortable, but one upstairs bedroom uses plug-in A/C which was marginal for comfort after hot day. House is well used but good layout and comfy furniture was a plus. Garbage disposal seized up/failed while we were there. Could use some instructions for operating tv’s in each room. Recommend and would use again.

Great layout and locatioin

Great house, especially for separated working places during the day. We missed the pool access. Carpets needed a little TLC.
