Our two bedroom, two bath Villa is a second floor unit and a 3-5 minute walk to the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island. Our gated resort features numerous amenities: two pools (one of which is the largest beach front pool on the island), 10 lighted tennis courts, fitness center, bike rental, playground, and three restaurants. Reserve your beach vacation today!

Our Villa has been completely remodeled from top to bottom: new stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new furniture in every room, new bathroom tile and vanities, new carpeting, new fixtures...no expense was spared.

Nice little place

The unit was nice. There are two flights of stairs to climb and no elevator. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Check in and out was easy. This building is in a resort that has beach front properties. This building is not beach front. It's about a 4-5 minute walk through the parking lot to the beach.

This is a wonderful beach condo. It is our second time staying here. Very clean and updated. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A very short walk to the ocean. Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie National Historical Park is close enough that you could either walk or drive. We choose to stay in Sullivan's Island because it is a quiet and very laid back town, yet it is close to Charleston where our daughter attends college. I know that we'll be back again! Can't wait!
