Beach Condo/Villa

A home away from home, newly remodeled with two full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. This two bedroom townhome is nestled in a quiet, private community in the Forest Beach area.
You will have all the comforts of home, located within a private garden area by the private pool and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, along with easy access on the service road.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, cooking equipment, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and electric stove along with a Keurig coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer is located in the mud room off of the kitchen.

We provide cable with DVR and wireless internet. The living room has a new flat screen 55 inch TV. Master and second bedroom both have flat screens and DVD player.
The master bedroom has a king bed with sliding door accessing the private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed with new twin bunks. (Attached 2nd bathroom)the upstairs had had replacement of carpet to laminate.

The patio has a gas grill and patio furniture. It is accessible through sliding doors off of the living room. There is a private full-size pool with access to the pool only through living quarters.

We provide sheets, towels, beach items and umbrella with a cart for easy transportation to the beach.

Come relax and enjoy the beauty of Hilton Head Island, where you can build sandcastles at the beach (beach toys provided), ride the waves (boogie board available), play our Bocci game in the sand, walk or ride the many bike paths, play a couple of rounds of golf, tour historic sites or just lay by the pool and read a good book (Library available in the condo). With more than 250 Hilton Head restaurants and more being cooked up every day you will enjoy your nights out and so many available within walking distance. I provide a list of places to eat and visit with the booklet I send you when renting. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
