Cozy and comfortable

Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you. We enjoyed the location, the amenities were very nice and had all the comforts of home. You definitely have thought of everything. We did have a hard time with the door lock not always working as it should. We would type the door code in and the error message would flash only have typing in a few numbers. It got very frustrating after a while because it happened every time. Maybe the batteries are getting low. We have the same style in our home so we definitely know how to use the door lock/handle but after re doing them several times each time to get the door open it because ridiculous. But everything else was great.

I absolutely loved the condo. My only complaint would be with the booking company. When I booked it said we would have access to the pool and the tennis court. Well the gate code was not listed anywhere. It was not in the app, not in the welcome packet, not the email. I texted back the number that texted me welcoming me for my stay. No one ever got back with me. I called the vacasa number to get in touch with some one and I waited on someone for 30 minutes twice when I finally decided to hang up. Definitely needs better management for a $500 weekend stay.

Great place!

The property was wonderful with nice shaded parking. One thing that is frustrating is that communication is not with the owner but through Vacasa. Instead of easily communicating through VRBO they use text and want you to use their app. Lots of emails. Parking pass was not outlined in the text, you have to pick that up off site. AC is set to only go to 70 so you have to keep shades drawn to stay cool in the living room. Other than those issues the place is nice and clean, comfortable bed, easy parking, short walk to the beach.

Property was as advertised. Clean and taken care of. Perfect for a couple on vacation. If you have more than two it may be a little crowded. Close to beach within a few minutes walk as well as shops and restaurants.

Low maintenance vacation

This condo has everything you’d need. It’s very much a home and not a hotel. You have all major appliances which includes washer and dryer. There is the convenience of beach supplies readily available. Beautiful location. Only weird note - the door was unlocked when first entering. Overall, great place to stay.

Walking distance to Coligny

We loved that this condo was within walking distance to Cologny Beach and also just a few minutes walking to Coligny plaza. There are lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The condo was furnished with beach chairs-we did not use the beach chairs because we brought our own beach gear.

Wonderful spot!

We loved this condo! Nice setup, very clean, fantastic location, etc. Our only complaint was that, even after asking upon check-in, we were not given the access codes to the pool or tennis courts. Other people had to let us in.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay within walking distance to the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants as well. Property management is not responsive however. Had to call three times to get pillow cases for additional pillows and it still took them three days! Not the fault of this property owner but the management company needs to get their act together!

Short walk to food, drink, beach

This place was amazing! Everything was brand new and it is centrally located to you can walk <5min to beach, bar, or food. Some of the things the photos don’t show: bed is super comfortable, shower pressure is awesome, TV in bedroom is clutch. Highly recommend and will be returning.

The condo was very cute, and in a wonderful location. We also loved the fact that they had a washer and dryer in the unit, as it always comes in handy for beach vacations. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you!

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and in an amazing location. We had a great week staying here, wifi worked really well (we were working remotely during the work week). I did try to contact Vacasa prior to our stay to find out if there were beach chairs in the condo and never heard back so we rented some before we got there, turns out there were some in the closet. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of pots, pans, cutlery, storage. Very comfortable vibe and the balcony was great. Overall, I would 100% stay here again, we actually looked at dates later this summer!
