This lovely home boasts four primary suites, all with amazing views. Walking into this lovely home, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all make up the great room, allowing for an easy flow and an open, airy atmosphere. The living room is newly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for all and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef would need and has plenty of counterspace for multiple people to cook with room to spare. The formal dining table has seating for 10, and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar.

On the main level, Bedroom 1 serves as the master and has a king-sized bed, balcony access, plush seating around the cozy fireplace (not for guest use), as well as an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed as well as an ensuite bathroom.

On the lower level, you will find the last three bedrooms and a separate living area. The living area has a sofa bed. bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, seating, and balcony access. Bedroom 3 has a king-sized bed with 2 twin beds, balcony access, and tons of windows to enjoy the view. Bedroom 4 has two queen-sized beds and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, seating, and balcony access.

Outside, spend your days basking away in the sun at the private pool and spa! There are plenty of Adirondack chairs and pool loungers for everyone. The beach is only a minute away, whenever you’re ready!

Pool and spa heating must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.
