Awesome property!

The house was everything that was advertised. Clean, spacious, and all the appliances that you will need for your stay. Would recommend this house to anyone coming down to Hilton Head for a trip.

Well-equipped vacation rental
This home had most everything you would need, including a great spice cabinet. The pool was on the larger side than some rentals we have been in. The owner was very responsive. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, very doable with wagons provided. It has what you need for vacation.

Excellent stay- the house is beautiful, it was clean, rooms are spacious and colorful; we had 11 people in our group and there was plenty of rooom for all, the pool was great and just the right size for some of our older folk. The house is very close to the beach and the home had plenty of beach gear for us to use. We had a great stay!

A Wonderful Place
This house is clean and comfortable, and is a very manageable walk from the beach. It had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our multigenerational party, and was one of the highlights of our trip.

Great location, nice pool, nice house!
Overall this was quite a nice place to stay. The house had ample bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a nice pool (loved that the deep end was 6ft deep!). The location is prime, allowing a relatively short and smooth walk to get to the beach. There were also excess beach chairs and a beach wagon in the garage that priced useful. Some things that would take this from a nice place to stay to a GREAT place to stay: 1) More couch/chair seating in the living room. The home has tons of beds but the living room only had one sectional couch and two chairs. That made it hard for our larger group to sit together in the evening. 2) Larger tvs in living room and throughout the home. The big tv in the living room is about 40” and the tvs in the bedrooms are around 24”. While we didnt rent the house for tv watching, it would have been nice to be able to watch a sporting event or show on something a bit larger. Still, overall was a nice plays and very nice vacation!

Amazing Week
The property was clean and ideally located near the beach and shops and restaurants. The house usually accommodated 14 of us and was just a short walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are all a short drive away.

Hilton Head vacation
Nice location close to a public beach. Swimming pool was used everyday. Facility had a large blackstone grille that was a fabulous surprise. It was used everyday for multiple meals. Great way to quickly cook for 12 people.

Girls weekend
We stayed at Angie’s for a girls weekend and we had the absolute best time! The house was perfect for our group, it had everything we needed from extra towels, to all the necessities in the kitchen. The pool was perfect, and a great walk to the beach. Angie was super responsive if we needed something and we had zero issues during our stay! I would recommend staying here to anyone I know going to the area! Thanks again for letting us use your home for our weekend away!

Great location and lovely home
We had a great time during our stay on Hilton Head and this home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and great amenities, the pool was lovely. Beach access is super easy and close.

Perfect for families of all ages
My family met in Hilton Head for Easter. We had kids ages 1-13. This house was perfect for everyone !! The kids loved the warm pool perfect for playing . The garage had every sand toy and need for the beach. Short walk to the beautiful beach. This house was amazing and the owner was awesome!! Can’t wait to go back and stay again .

Family/friend vacation
From the time of booking to the conclusion of our stay, the property owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The home was perfect! Anything we needed was available- including a great selection of pool/sand/beach toys. Plenty of space for the 16 of us to gather at meal time and get ready for our daily adventures. The location of the property was perfection. A short five minute walk down the street to a boardwalk. There is also a playground that you pass by on your walk. We were pleased with our stay and look forward to a return visit very soon!

Perfection on Hilton Head!
This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed - 2minute walk to the ocean, heated pool, easy to get to from anywhere on the island. All of our guests were extremely happy, the house was clean and the owner has INCREDIBLE communication. We are locals and just needed a bigger house and this was PERFECT, thank you so much Angela!

Thanksgiving on HHI
The house was very nice! We were a family of nine for the stay. Loved the decor. Kitchen was very well equipped. Short walk to the beach, through a small park and then a boardwalk goes straight to the beach. Location very convenient to everything. Property very clean. Heated pool was wonderful! Weather wasn't the best but would've enjoyed using the great deck area more! We brought beach chairs and pool/sand toys and found that we did not need to-Everything we needed was already in the garage area! Would definitely stay here again and Angie was a good host!

Good stay! Like location!
Great house. When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. The house cleaners arrived at about 5pm. We stayed in the pool until they finished, only a short while. The house could have been cleaner, but overall. Good trip.

Hi Terry- I am SO sorry the house was not clean when you arrived. I didn’t hear from you and did not know this. However, in 10+ years of renting this has never happened, and it was completely my fault. I had your arrival date noted for the following day and called the housecleaners at 11am the day of your arrival when I realized my mistake. I thought they were going straight to the house and did not know they went at 5pm. Huge apologies and again, this has never happened before. Great location!
We spent Labor Day weekend at this property and had an amazing time. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed during our stay. The best part was the location and it’s proximity and access to the beach. The pool was a nice bonus and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation!

We’ll stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, food containers, grill tools, coffee pot , toaster, bottle opener, lots of utensils…). Propane tank (including extra) provided. Especially liked the beach wagons (2). Had a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay.
We found the main living area a little small for 13 people but was comfortable. There were plenty of beds and everyone slept well after a beautiful week in Hilton Head. The walk to the boardwalk is short but there is quite a walk from there to the beach. We definitely used the wagon to haul beach items Thank you!

Wonderful house and location. Pool was always partly shaded. Beach sand was not hot and most of it was packed and easy walking. It is a MUST that a refrigerator be in the basement. The one there does not cool at all and for a large group it is needed.. A beach wagon, not the kids wagon, would be such a help to get a cooler to the beach. There were no bath mats in the three upstairs bathrooms. Also the shower in the bath at the top of the stairs needs cleaned out. It does not drain.

Perfect house for our extended family of 9
Loved this vacation home! Great location near the beach, playground, & shops for groceries, Rx, etc. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, puzzles & games for young children, sand toys, beach chairs & carts, the lovely decking, & best of all, the pool! All the little ones (almost 2, 3, & 5 yrs.) really improved their swimming skills from the daily practice & the adults spent lots of time there as well. The house afforded us plenty of choices for bedrooms & baths and was clean & nicely decorated. We highly recommend this home for other families gathering for summer fun.

Great location, nice pool, plenty of room
We had a nice week at this property. Angie the host was extremely responsive and informative. I give this a 5 star first and foremost for the location. The house is a very easy walk to a beautiful and not too crowded beach - house is adjacent to a parking lot that connects to the beach boardwalk. It’s also got easy access to the main road thru the island to go wherever you need to go. Our group rented two houses on this block which worked out very well. The second best thing about the house is the pool and deck. We really enjoyed hanging out while the kids played. The inside was also very spacious with a nice kitchen and fridge, and plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. Unfortunately the washer dryer had broken right before we came, however the owner was nice enough to offer a laundry service. The inside is nice and bright but not especially new or fancy. Just your basic beach house decor. The one suggestion I would have for future improvement would be nicer sheets and blankets. We might have had a backup set because of the washer dryer situation but they were basically white hospital sheets and towels - not super nice or soft. The coverlet/quilts on the bed were pretty thin too. The mattresses themselves were comfortable. Altogether a nice beach house that worked very well for our group.

Great location for families
We stayed at this property with 6 children ages 3 through 10. It was the perfect amount of space for the families. The kids loved the pool. It was walking distance to the beach and playground. Everywhere on the island is close by so it’s a short drive to all Hilton Head has to offer. The only problem we encountered with the property was the washing machine. The washer would not spin properly to drain the clothes so they would take forever to dry. The issue was communicated with the owner, however, was not resolved during our stay so we were unable to effectively do laundry during our stay. This did cause a minor hiccup in our stay because of how much we rely on the washer and dryer when staying in vacation rental like this.

Family fun
The place was great, we loved that the house was so close to the beach. The pool was great and we all had fun swimming in it. Hilton Head is the ideal place for a family vacation and being able to bike around it was great. I would recommend the house to friends, it had everything we needed.

Great house in a great location
This was a large house accommodating 13 people, all family members, and it allowed us all appropriate space. We made dinner and ate on the back deck, seating for everyone. The house was centrally located for eating out and close to the beach. A typical day included a walk on the beach, a swim in the heated pool, lunch at the ocean, dinner out, another walk on the beach followed by an evening swim. The week we spent here was relaxing and convenient to everything we wanted. A perfectly enjoyable vacation. We look forward to the opportunity to rent this house again!

Great time
Our party consisted of three families with 5 children ages 1-5. We had a great time. House was big enough to accommodate everyone but also wasn’t too large where we were loosing site of the kids. Beach was a short enough walk, even for little legs. If your traveling with little kids bring a baby gate or two for the out door deck leading to the pool. The house was super clean and beds were comfortable. Some members of our party arrived to the area early and Angie was accommodating with an early check in. We have no complaints and hope to return!

The Perfect House
This house was absolutely fabulous! Perfect for the number of people we had...7 adults & 2 toddlers! It's very roomy, we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen, we had the pool heated which was great and we all wanted to stay longer! Loved the beach & the location of the house was very convenient! Amazing beach house with perfect pool!
I stayed here with my kids, my mom, my sister, and my nephews, and there was plenty of room for everyone! (9 people total with 4 teenage boys!) The house was even better than we expected it to be! There was a garage filled with every beach toy imaginable, and the kitchen had everything we could ever think about needing! The house was just a short walk to the beach which made it perfect for everyone to come and go to the beach as they pleased. The walk was through a cute little park with a playground, bathrooms, a vending machine, and showers to hose off the sand, so it really is the ideal location for a beach house! The pool was a great size, and the ability to have it heated was such a blessing since it was pretty cold during our stay. Angie was a delight to work with too! It's rare you find a great house and a great host! We will definitely be staying here on future trips to HHI!

Wonderful beach trip
We had the most wonderful stay here! Angie was great and even allowed us to check in early since our flights landed well before check-in time. Check in and out processes were easy & the location is just a short walk to a quiet beach. Absolutely beautiful and exactly as expected!
