Wonderful location

Overall we had a great time and the property was clean and comfortable. Some of the doors did not close all the way which allowed more outside sound when one person was trying to sleep.

March Golf Getaway

Excellent condo

Very nice condo and in great condition. A/C wasn’t working when we arrived and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Great stay, nice location

This townhouse was everything we expected it to be and we enjoyed our stay very much: spacious, clean, comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and beach. The property management company was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. There are only a few minor things that could make for a better stay: beach towels and sharper kitchen knives :)

Nice condo, nice location

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and everything worked well, A/C, wifi, appliances, etc. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Very easy to get to. The beach was great, soft sand (not rocky at all) and warm water. Would stay there again.

Even though the weather wasn't the best, this unit was everything we needed to make sure my hubby's birthday was a success. Affordable pricing for the area with a great amount of space as well as the comfort throughout the entire unit.

Perfect location

The location was perfect and the space was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with some mold on the ceiling (not shocking based on the time of year and recent weather), but the property manager came out immediately to try and address it. The mold did create issues for some people in our group (with some breathing issues) but the rest of us were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location within walking distance to beach and Coligny plaza. Although there was a starter pack, could have used additional laundry detergent, and a clean sponge, ( only dirty sponge under sink).Coffee filters and sugar would be helpful! Second bathroom had mold around vents, and Master sink stopper not working properly(constantly closing shut). Lastly, upon our arrival the recycle bin was 3/4 full, we had to leave much of our recycles on top. Upon departure trash collectors did not empty recycle bin!

A/c unit repair

We reported the ac unit was not working. Took close to 24hrs for repair technician to arrive, and a phone call for them to realize we had submitted a service request. Also, a really bad smell in the sink prior to us getting there. Not sure what it was.

Nice unit a short walk from the beach!

The layout of this unit was perfect! Both bedrooms had their own full bathrooms, and there was a half bath downstairs as well. It had a nice open layout and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were just a short walk from the beach and in a good location that was conveniently close to beaches, shops, and dining. The only complaint was that the cleaning could have been a bit better. When you walk in, there is a musty smell to the unit; nothing overwhelming, but it is noticeable. There was also a piece of bacon left on the floor from the previous stay as well as a hair band left on the stairs, French fries and candy under the couch/chairs, etc. This wasn't a deal-breaker by any means, but these things were definitely noticeable upon entering the unit and made us wonder how well things were cleaned before our arrival. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Located near Coligny and the beach, easy walking distance to everything. The unit itself was great, clean and well furnished, though I could have used a few less stairs. We would definetly recommend this unit to everyone. Check in was a breeze, the management company was easy to work with. We look forward to coming back next year.

We ate in a few nights the burners on the stove took forever to heat up and the toaster did not work. The pool area needed to be cleaned up. There were sticks that needed to be picked up. Generally the pool furniture should be updated. Overall we enjoyed our time in Hilton Head

Beach vacation

The place was clean and comfortable. The condo had 2 bedrooms and each had there own bathroom. It was a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus.
