The openness of the house, 2 living rooms and 2 dinning rooms and a builtin desk where I could setup laptop and monitors.

Awesome home

The house was just perfect for a rainy Thanksgiving week! Lots of room in a well stocked kitchen, lots of natural light from the porch and the atrium, comfortable, clean furniture and convenient location. Would 10/10 recommend!

Spacious, clean and a wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at this home with our family and small dog. It was very clean, spacious and conveniently located. Walk or bike to stables, nature preserve, Harbor Town and beach. One of the 4 bedrooms (located above the garage) was difficult to adjust temperature but other than that everything was wonderful. We would definitely recommend!

Great home for a big family get together

Our family had a wonderful time. The layout of the home was perfect for a big family gathering. The beds we comfy with nice linens and all of the bathrooms were upgraded with nice amenities. It is small dog friendly and our pupper did just fine. Other dog parents should know that there is a small grass front yard and the rest of the area around the house is pinestraw. Great vacay house!

What a spectacular week!

We were three couples who enjoyed this spacious, beautifully designed and furnished home. The atrium with fireplace was wonderful for relaxing in the evening after cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds, lovely linens and nice bathrooms. We would return in a minute-great for adults and would also work well for family groups with kids. Great location-convenient to all of Sea Pines! Who knew a week in November in Hilton Head would be so great!

Amazing property!!!

The property was perfect! We had 6 adults traveling for work. There were more than enough rooms/beds/bathrooms with some to spare. There was also plenty of space for everyone to be together, of areas for you to be alone if wanted. We had a minor inconvenience with our water heater, but the property management company had someone out within an hour of my contact with them, he was AMAZING! Super respectful and helpful. Also very accommodating with our schedule. Fixed our problem and had us good to go in no time!! HIGHLY recommend this property if ever on HHI!!!

Great location

For the 6 guys we had, there was ample room, a small kitchen eating area and a separate larger dining table too. Again there must be a older A/C or an adjustment needed, the master bedroom was Much Warmer than the rest of the house.
