Nice big house and great location. Great house for location and large group. Easy private access to the beach, like a 100' walk right out the front from the pool area. Great beach area. The beach area in front of the house is not busy even during the Hilton Head busy season. Pool was very nice, and the hot tub was excellent. Had a couple of issues that the property manager had to take care of. Very responsive. Driveway has plenty of parking. Easy access to highway and the good restaurants on the island. great quiet streets to bike on along with the beach of course.
