Escape to luxury in this stunning newly built coastal retreat in the heart of Sea Pines, just moments from the beach. Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, this spacious home offers thoughtfully designed living across three levels.
On the main floor, the open-concept living area features a gourmet kitchen with two oversized islands, a butler’s pantry, and a full dining island, complemented by an oversized dining table. The spacious living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, offers a perfect gathering space. A laundry room is also located on this level for convenience. Also located on the main floor, the primary suite provides a private retreat with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the screened patio. The patio, which boasts a fireplace, TV, and dining space, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
