Shipyard

Lovely villa very clean and updated. Location is perfect. Community is nicely landscaped. Outdoor area of Condo was not clean or set up.

We have been vacationing on HHI for over a decade, and our stay this summer was another great week at the beach! This villa is well-appointed, updated, clean, and comfortable. We love staying at Evian - it’s just a short bike ride to the beach, and the community pool is great!

Amazing location but the house needs work

The location was fantastic, the complex was great, restaurants, shops and beach are all less than a 15 minute bike ride. The house however needs work. The front door is covered in bugs, in the entry way the large wall vent is coated in “dust”. Large very old spider webs in both bedrooms. Hair in the bathrooms, mild on the shower curtains. Mold on the ceiling of the ensuite bathroom. Mold on the rug in the outside patio area. We did call and were told that if we really wanted the cleaners sent again they would send them, not we are sending the cleaners. Honestly it was easier to just try to clean it ourselves the best we could and not use the outdoor space at all. Overall we loved HH and will be back but not to this property.

Somewhat disappointed

The accommodations were good. Our major disappointment was with the tv service. We wanted to watch network programming/ news but could only get things available on Samsung tv. We called the property management to see if there was something we didn’t understand but he was unable to assist.

Another great week in Evian

This is our family’s 3rd year staying in Evian. We all love the location within Shipyard and having all amenities & activities so close by! The Villa was clean, spacious and nicely updated!

Convenient location and beautiful condo

We love staying in Evian because of its convenient location and perfect condo floor plans. This was certainly one of the nicer condo’s we have stayed at! It was very clean and well stocked. We loved having the beach pass to park at the club house and had a great time taking our little one on his first beach trip. We will certainly stay here again!

Family vacation

We had such an awesome experience at this condo. Great location, very clean, all the kitchen amenities you could ever need, perfect layout for us and our 2 young boys (2yo & 4yo). 5 minute walk to the pool & 5 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

Beautiful, restful space.

This was a lovely, clean and spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood. A 10 min, pleasant bike ride to the beach and a two minute walk to the pool. Property is well cared for and check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again. Not far from great restaurants. Thanks for everything!

Great location and property!

This place was spacious, clean, and centrally located on the island allowing easy access to all Hilton Head had to offer. The only time we had an issue, the property manager was responsive and handled it quickly and without interrupting our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!
