The beautiful property was perfect for our large family vacation. We loved being ocean front and also enjoyed the pool. The layout allowed for everyone to have their own space. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and manager!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in 7 Guscio Way. The house was immaculate and bedrooms very comfortable. Kitchen well-appointed and Island Time was excellent to work with, even allowed us to park extra cars in their parking lot. The only disappointment was gathering space inside and out: tiny porch on main floor where we couldn't watch thunderstorms together and living room only seated 7 comfortably. Our large family just wished for more space to hang out.

Awesome beachfront house!

The college age kids loved the bunk room and ping pong in the garage. First floor bedroom was perfect for my 84 year old mom. Rental agency was responsive when we had questions. Great experience!

Fabulous Family Thanksgiving

7 Guscio Way was the perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. The beach front location made it special, cousins running to and from the beach to the pool and hot tub was so fun. The 8 bedrooms and huge kitchen made our stay delightful. hope to come again!

My only complaint would be dishes/pans were put away dirty so we needed to rewash everything. The street/driveway is a little tight/narrow, and navigation apps can't easily find it, but that's not a knock on the house or the management team.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

Our large family group, ages 10 months to 66 years, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7 Guscio Way. Location kept us on an awesome wide, flat beach, away from the crowds even on a busy holiday weekend. Well appointed with everything we needed. Only negatives were the small living room for our large group trying to watch college football, and very limited parking for such a large home. Property management company was great, allowing us to use their parking lot for overflow parking.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at 7 Guscio Way. It was our first time staying oceanfront, and it was wonderful. The convenience was such a blessing and the house met all of our needs. There were some complications with the garbage service (they missed a day and the garbage piled up) but the staff was very accommodating and even came out and picked up the excess garbage that accumulated. We had a problem with an interior door not unlocking, and they came out that day and replaced the doorknob and lock. Island Time was very engaged; doing their best to meet our needs.

Great house

House was amazing. We have stayed in the neighborhood before. Near everything and very close to all attractions. We have a very large family of adults and kids. 22 of us including 8 kids between 12 and 0. Set up was almost perfect. My only complain, considering it was my room, was the room with ocean views (not the primary). Had no bathroom and no door to balcony. You can see out to balcony but not have access to it. Also, the bathroom is through the foyer to the other side of the house and is shared with the other room in that area. A bit not fun in the middle of the nite. All in all a great location and fun was had by all.

Senior Trip was a hit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The week in Hilton Head was one of the best senior trips I have ever been on. It will definitely be somewhere we come back to in the future. Everything was perfect and the kids had a great time. There were several that have never been to the beach before and were very happy with the experience. Only issues we had the whole week, was there was not enough parking for a bus due to the narrow side road where house was located, but the situation was rectified quickly and some nice neighbors took care of us with an rv parking spot that we could use for the week, and the other was on the front porch there is a direct window view of the 1st floor bathroom/shower area, which we learned didn't have a cover over it from the doordash delivery guy. He told us we might want to cover that! We had an awesome visit and will definitely be back soon!!!!

Highschool Buddies Reunion

We had an excellent stay at the house in HH. A great location on the water and easy access to food store and shops. There were a few minor house related things that need to be addressed: 1. Front door lock did not work with given code . 2. Back door to the second floor balcony is difficult to open — bottom of door is tight against door frame. 3. Some of the TVs in the bedrooms did not get any channel service. 4. The hallway bathroom on the second floor has a window above the toilet. The window faces the windows of the next door house — could use a mini blind or curtain to provide privacy. Overall we loved the house and will come back again. Mike G

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Constant noise from pool being ripped up and rebuilt next door. Worker trucks parked in lane behind house and not in their unit. Had to constantly ask for trucks to be moved. Wifi and tv's did not work properly. Bottom step of back porch unsafe.Optical illusion causes mis steps. One guest fell and had scrapes and bruises. Ice maker didn't work. Seating in d/r and bar area needs replaced. All knives need sharpening.
