Amazing, quiet location in Folly Field
Stay here for the view alone, it's amazing. Nice ocean breezes and it's in a quiet part of the island with lots of beach to roam, but still close for a short drive or bike ride to shops and restaurants. Note that while they do provide you with start up supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, everything else you need to bring (spices, cooking spray, etc.). One thing I really wish they had provided is barbecue tools. We would have liked to use the grills on the property, but the only cooking utensils were plastic. Even a metal spatula would have been welcome. Beds were comfortable, easy access to the elevators, beach and pool area. There is catch and release fishing in the pond, but nothing biting. Our only issue was when we checked in there was a horrible smell of cigarette smoke and a lighter left on a bedside table. Clearly the guests before us were smoking. We alerted the local Vacasa agent, but as it was a Saturday we didn't hear anything back until Monday or Tuesday. I ended up buying some air freshener and opening all the windows to try to air it out some. The Vacasa agent was very apologetic and offered to reimburse me for the air freshener we had to purchase, and it was not their fault someone else wasn't following the rules, but I would have expected more effort from the cleaning company to try to rid the condo of the smell before we arrived. Other than that hiccup we had a great stay.

Great apartment with amazing views
This is the second time that we stayed in this cozy apartment and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. The apartment is comfy and has everything to make you feel at home: super comfy beds, nice towels, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, comfy couches, books, games, etc. The location is amazing and the view is breathtaking. You can see the ocean from most rooms. The balcony invites to watch the sun rise over the ocean. The apartment is located in a nice compound with a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, bikes to rent, BBQ places. It is really super nice. We highly recommend this place. We LOVE it!

Lovely condo, beautiful beach, wonderful view
We really enjoyed it. Very comfortable unit, nicely laid out, with balcony and great view of the beach. Only downsides: second bathroom smelled of mould and shower curtain needed to be replaced; we needed help to get bedroom TVs operating since the laminated instructions applied to remotes that weren't there. Good location near restaurants, shopping, nature reserve.

Amazing views
Everything described and shown in the listing is exactly as shown. With the exception of one of the best features... the view of the beach and water are by far some of the best in the area. Practically private and unobstructed views of the water. Be sure to catch the sunrises from the balcony or while laying in bed. The condo has some of the closest access to the beach and is centrally located to all HHI has to offer. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent condo with an amazing view
Our family of four had a great time at this condo! You can see the ocean from the living room, which is just what we needed. Porch is shaded in the afternoon and evening, so it’s a great spot to relax. The porch was perfect for family meals with an ocean view. It’s just a quick walk to the beach and there’s a hose/shower to clean off. The condo was really clean and well stocked. Bathrooms were nicely tiled and felt very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Window in makes for great air flow - pull up and back to open.

Nice place
The condo is very nice and close to the beach. Sitting on the balcony to view the beach was awesome. I only wish that the fitness center was open later than 4pm. Overall our stay was great.

Great location
Great location with fabulous views of the beach - very clean! Property is a little out dated for decor but the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely go back!!
