Welcome to 2448 Inland Harbour, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom townhome centrally located in Sea Pines, perfectly situated between Harbour Town and the beach. Just across the street from The Shoppes at Sea Pines Center, this townhome offers convenience and easy access to dining, shopping, and outdoor activities.
The first floor boasts an open living space featuring an updated kitchen, a dining area that seats six, and a comfortable living room with a couch and two chairs. A wall of windows overlooks the tranquil fountain and lagoon, providing a peaceful view. Step outside to the back deck, where you'll find a seating area, an umbrella for shade, and a grill—perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. This level also includes a half bathroom and a laundry room for added convenience.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Inland Harbour offers excellent amenities, including two resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts and a seasonal pool, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends looking to relax and explore all that Sea Pines has to offer!
