We will rent again

The location was great with the additional bonus of allowing two large dogs in the home. The fenced in pool area gave the dogs a place to safely be off leash outside. Short walk to the beach and bike rentals. The house was large and spacious!

Great Beach Vacation

Enjoyed the house very much with comfy beds, spacious rooms, beach chairs and floats. The pool was shaded in the afternoons, which was very nice. A short walk to the Beach Club and easy access on bike to just about anywhere on Sea Pines.

Family birthday celebration in HHI!

This home was the perfect place to visit family on the island with our four legged family as well! Such a beautiful open floor plan with gorgeous views of the golf course!

Best stay ever

No kidding, this home had everything we needed in the kitchen, bath and bed. Plenty of linens, equipped so we didn't have to run out to the store. Perfect for the five of us, everyone had their own bath and privacy. We found restaurants nearby and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend this home.

This is a beautiful house with a great location. It’s very close to the golfing and the beach. The house has lots of beds and bedrooms. Using it to capacity would be a bit crowded though.

Great House w/ Private Pool in Excellent Location!

The house has the perfect view of the golf course. It is a 2 min bike ride to the beach, and right in the middle between both South Beach Marina and Harbortown. It is the right spot to be in Sea Pines! The home is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will book this property again!

Wonderful back deck. Interior skylight wells could use some attention, cobwebs. Bedroom carpets need a deep clean, they have MANY doggie pee stains.

The size of the house was perfect and the pool was our kids favorite thing. The house itself needs some updating, especially back doors and deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, etc. Dining room chairs definitely need replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Bad experience

The roof leaks. When the storm came so did the water inside the house. Lucky they were about to relocate us in another house the next evening. We had to wait till the next day after 4:00pm to recheck in. Wasted one hole day. Never again.

Love the Layout

This is a great house with a fabulous deck overlooking the 18th hole of the Plantation Golf Course. We love staying here, but the home could use a fresh coat of paint and other maintenance. The open floor plan makes it very comfortable. It is just in need of some cosmetic updates. We enjoyed our visit!
